    The theme of TEDs I watch this time is ''How do Vitamins work ? '' Everyone knows that vitamins are very important in our life . But why exactly does it matter, and what would happen to our bodies if we losing it ,I believe that most people don't know, including me. After watching this ted video, it made me more aware of the classification of various vitamins and also made me understand more deeply of the function of each vitamin. Because of this, I can choose the corresponding vitamins to take according to my own needs in the future.
