By watching this video, we can have more knowledge about our hearts. Also, we learn that if we don't want to experience a terrible heart attack, we should pay more attention to our daily diet.

Although we are in a hurry, as an adult, we should not release ourselves without a toilet. So, what can we do? Of course, we should hold our pee until we find a toilet. But from this video, we can see that it's actually not good to hold pee. If we reach the limit of our bladder, it will be a disaster for our life. And it can not be dealt with by just saying 'oops'. So, next time you go to a party and start to drink, make sure that you can find the toilet beforehand.
