Lately, we watched a video about healthy living. This video introduces what will happen during a heart attack and how we can prevent it. By watching this video, we can have more knowledge about our hearts. Also, we learn that if we don't want to experience a terrible heart attack, we should pay more attention to our daily diet.

'' Everyone knows that vitamins are very important in our life . But why exactly does it matter, and what would happen to our bodies if we losing it ,I believe that most people don't know, including me. After watching this ted video, it made me more aware of the classification of various vitamins and also made me understand more deeply of the function of each vitamin. Because of this, I can choose the corresponding vitamins to take according to my own needs in the future.
