I believe that everyone has some experience with holding pee. We all know that it's not always easy to find the toilet after we drink a lot of water or beverage. Although we are in a hurry, as an adult, we should not release ourselves without a toilet. So, what can we do? Of course, we should hold our pee until we find a toilet. But from this video, we can see that it's actually not good to hold pee. If we reach the limit of our bladder, it will be a disaster for our life. And it can not be dealt with by just saying 'oops'.
So, next time you go to a party and start to drink, make sure that you can find the toilet beforehand.

Because of this, I can choose the corresponding vitamins to take according to my own needs in the future.
